Arda Guler scores beautiful goal during training, fans think he should start for Real Madrid

Guler recently made the move to Real Madrid from Fenerbahce.

Footage has emerged of Arda Guler scoring a beautiful goal during a training session just days since his highly-anticipated move from Fenerbahce.

The teenage sensation, who was on the radar of a number of top European clubs this summer, including Barcelona, Arsenal and Manchester City was unveiled as a Real Madrid player by the club last week.

Madrid's transfer announcement for the Turkish youngster has since become the second most liked in Twitter history, behind Manchester United's announcement for Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Old Trafford in 2021.

Speaking as a Los Blancos player for the first time, Guler expressed his desire to become a "legend" at the Bernabeu, revealing the advice that former Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil had given him; a player that recently tipped Guler to become a "world star".

High praise indeed, but Guler is already living up to expectations and could have his very own highlights reel after just a few days of training in the Spanish capital.

The latest clip, which has gone viral on social media, displayed Guler taking one touch to set himself, before curling the ball effortlessly into the top corner.

And fans could barely contain their excitement, running to Twitter to hail the creative midfielder.

"Whattt mandem needs to be in the starting XI," said one fan.

"Ain't nobody benching this dude," another wrote.

"He's so calm that he's like he's been playing Real Madrid for 10 years now", a third added

"Clear of Ozil in my books", a fourth wrote.

"OMG Arda Guler is HIM", another said.

"Arda Guler is going to be the player we all thought Hazard was going to be," wrote a sixth fan.

Guler becomes Carlo Ancelotti's second major signing of the summer transfer window following the big-money arrival of Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.

And the teenage duo will be hoping to improve on a rather disappointing 23/24 campaign for Madrid, which saw them comprehensively beaten by Manchester City 4-0 in the Champions League semi-finals.
