Kylian Mbappe 'has spoken to two players' ahead of expected Real Madrid move

Kylian Mbappe 'has spoken to two players' ahead of expected Real Madrid move

He has spoken to two players.

Kylian Mbappe has already spoken to two players ahead of his expected move to Real Madrid, it has been claimed.

In February, it was widely reported that Mbappe had agreed to join Real Madrid this summer.

The 25-year-old allegedly told PSG he intends to leave the club with his contract expiring in June.

While Mbappe has not yet signed a contract with Real, the deal could be announced once it is no longer possible for the two clubs to face each other in this term’s Champions League campaign.

As per the BBC the France skipper, who won the World Cup in 2018, is set to sign a five-year deal with Real and will earn £12.8million a season, plus a £128million signing-on bonus to be paid over five years. Mbappe will also keep a percentage of his image rights.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has allegedly already thought about how he will use Mbappe in his team. Jude Bellingham will likely play a deeper role with Vinicius Jr playing on the left and Mbappe operating as a striker.

Moreover, ahead of the move, Marca has claimed that Mbappe had spoken to two players associated with Real.

The attacker has allegedly been in permanent contact with Real legend and current Sevilla defender Sergio Ramos, with whom Mbappe is said to have a great relationship after their two seasons together at the Parc des Princes.

Moreover, Mbappe is said to have spoken to Achraf Hakimi about day-to-day life in Madrid, with the full-back having come through the ranks at Real and spent 15 years in the Spanish capital.

Should Croatia midfielder Luka Modric leave this summer, Mbappe would likely inherit the number 10 shirt he wears for France.

"He is no doubt one of the players anyone would love to have on his side. He is an amazing player," former Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon told the BBC on the expected transfer.

"We have very young players - he will join Vinicius, Rodrygo, Bellingham - and I think we have a very strong team. That's why we are leading La Liga and also we've won all our matches in the Champions League.

"So, for him, it would be fantastic. Every fan of Real Madrid would like to see him playing in the Bernabeu.

"He will leave a mark. If he continues to play as he has up until now, for sure he will be one of the most important players we have had in our history."
