Rey Mysterio is still going strong ever since his full-time return to the WWE in October.

The 43-year-old former WCW star is still competing at the top level on the SmackDown brand, but he's getting ready to pave the way for his son, Dominic.

According to Wrestling News, Mysterio has filed a trademark for "Principe Mysterio," hinting at the name that his 21-year-old son could take up in the wrestling business.

Of course, Principe Mysterio translates to 'Prince Mysterio,' which would be a fitting name for the heir to the fan-favourite Rey.

Former WWE and ECW superstar Lance Storm has his own wrestling school set up in Calgary, Canada, which Dominic has been training at to become a professional wrestler.

Wrestling News has also reported that the WWE cruiserweight superstar had registered trademarks for both "G.M.O.A.T." and "Greatest Mask of All Time."

Many wrestling fans will remember Mysterio's son well from a 2005 storyline involving Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero, who claimed that he was the biological father of Dominic.

Fast-forward to 2017 and it's hardly surprising that many people were stunned by how different he looked.

Will Dominic be able to live up to his father's legacy in wrestling?
