Lashley, 44, successfully defended his WWE title against McIntyre during the first night of WrestleMania 37 at the Raymond James Stadium in April.
However, the WWE superstar once again had McIntyre's number when he defeated the Scottish star and Braun Strowman in a triple threat match at WrestleMania Backlash in May.
Now, McIntyre and Lashley will collide again inside WWE's ominous Hell in a Cell structure with a high-stakes stipulation in place.
The 'last chance' stipulation for the match means that the two-time WWE champ will be unable to challenge Lashley for the title again if he loses at the forthcoming pay-per-view event.
Here is how to watch all of the action live from Hell in a Cell in the UK.
WWE will host Hell in a Cell at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. The PPV will be held behind closed doors, though it will have a virtual audience at the event via WWE's ThunderDome.
WWE's PPV will be broadcast live on BT Sport Box Office in the UK. Wrestling fans can purchase the event for £14.95.
Hell in a Cell can be purchased from viewers' TV boxes, as well as heading to the BT Player or channel 495.
Sky customers can access the wrestling event using channel 494, while Virgin Media owners can tune in by heading to the on-demand section and selecting live events.
Fans who purchase Hell in a Cell on BT Sport Box Office can live stream the event using the broadcaster's app.
The BT Sport Box Office app is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
Alternatively, UK fans can purchase and watch the event using the WWE Network.
WWE's streaming service, which includes a massive catalogue of wrestling content, is priced at £9.99 per month.
However, WWE currently has a limited-time offer that allows customers to pay 99p per month for the first three months of the WWE Network.
The WWE Network is available for download on mobile, laptops and tablets, as well as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV and Google Chromecast.
Fans in the UK can tune in for Hell in a Cell in the early hours of the morning on Monday 21st June.
Hell in a Cell is set to kick off at 1:00am in the UK.
According to WWE, a Hell in a Cell kick-off show will begin at midnight on Sunday.
WWE fans can watch the pre-show on the wrestling promotion's website, WWE Network, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook or TikTok.
