Two of WWE's top superstars on the Smackdown brand have been sent home from the company's tour of the United Kingdom
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, who have been both foes and allies for more than 10 years in the business, appeared on Tuesday night's broadcast at the Manchester Arena, with Zayn going up against Kofi Kingston from The New Day.
However, it soon emerged that the pair will not be involved in any matches on the tour of the United Kingdom and Europe having been sent home a day later.

The reason being, as per the reliable Ryan Satin from the Pro Wrestling Sheet, is that Owens and Zayn went against the script they were given in their segment with The New Day.
He reports that once Zayn lost his match with Kingston, former Universal Champion Owens was slated to attack Kofi, and then a post-match beatdown where the New Day would fill in the heels - the wrestling term being that they were scheduled to "feed" off Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi, would ensue.
But for reasons unclear, that didn't happen and it led to an awkward ending to the segment, with Owens and Zayn just taking off and heading backstage straight away.
To be fair though, what we saw on Tuesday is a familiar sighting in wrestling and not many would have guessed the segment didn't go as planned.
However, that was of course the case and the two former NXT champions will play no further part in the UK tour. The report notes that both men have been "difficult to work with" of late and many have speculated it coincides with the absences of former Cruiserweight champion Neville and backstage agent Jimmy Jacobs, who they are both friends with.
