Daniel Bryan’s Entrance After Three Years Out Will Give You Goosebumps

YES, YES, YES, YES! Quite frankly I could just write that 500 times and it would sum up the emotions of seeing Daniel Bryan back in the wrestling ring tonight perfectly. His entrance was just wonderful.

Bryan was the ultimate underdog story four years ago at Wrestlemania 30 when the lines between art and real life were totally blurred as WWE were forced to make the man they'd never have had the face of the company in storyline or real life into the face of the company.

Back then he won the WWE World Heavyweight title, beating Triple H, Batista and Randy Orton on the same night in one of the best main events in 'Mania' history in New Orleans.

Unfortunately he was then out injured for around a year, having to give up his title not long after winning it. He returned in time for Mania 31 to win the Intercontinental title in a multi man ladder match.

And then sadly Bryan had to retire through injury, never to wrestle again.

That was until a few weeks ago when it was announced that the Smackdown General Manager was able to return to the ring.

At Wrestlemania 34 he got the chance to return to the ring, in the same arena he'd won in four years previously, teaming with Shane McMahon to take on Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens and his entrance was just magical:

Bryan's retirement had been one of the most genuinely emotional moments in sport, entertainment or otherwise, and everyone was amazed and so happy that he was returning.

The former world champion and Shane were able to get the win with Bryan of course making Zayn tap out to the 'Yes Lock' to get the job done.

Welcome back Bryan!
