Dana White is giving one woman the chance of a lifetime to watch Conor McGregor take on Donald Cerrone after she was sacked by Best Buy for stopping a shoplifter.

Summer Tapasa became an internet sensation in December when the video of her stopping a shoplifter with some force in the Best Buy in Hawaii went viral.

Tapasa lost her job for getting physical with the man stealing from the shop but it looks like it's paid off for her with UFC president White offering her a trip to Las Vegas for McGregor's return to action at UFC 246.

In an interview with TMZ the UFC chief said, "That's the kind of person I want working for me. You're crazy Best Buy! You shoulda kept her! I'm gonna steal her from you now!

"We've talked to her on the phone. She's got an incredible personality. She's my kind of girl!

"I'm gonna rock star the sh*t out of her and then we'll see what happens!"

The company policy calls for employees to not engage physically with shoplifters but after seeing the man steal once earlier in the week she decided to take matters into her own hands, "That was my first instinct was to just stop him. He's not going anywhere. He's not about to do this again. I'm not about to let it happen, especially not on my watch," she told ABC.

According to the American outlet the former Best Buy employee was also offered a job by the Women's Football League Association for her tackle.

McGregor has not been in action since he lost his lightweight title match to Khabib Nurmagomedov in October 2018.

Next Saturday he finally returns to face 'Cowboy' Cerrone at welterweight at UFC 246, just his third fight at the heavier weight.

Will the Irishman be successful against the American?
