GSP Completes Comeback By Choking Out Michael Bisping At UFC 217
UFC 217 always threatened to be their biggest and best show of the year and it certainly didn't disappoint thanks in part to the return of George St Pierre. The Canadian stole the show and took Michael Bisping's title.
George St Pierre made his UFC debut way back in January 2004 at UFC 46 and rose to be one of the best fighters in the history of the promotion before he decided to walk away welterweight champion in November 2013.
Back in June 2016 the Canadian announced that he was back in training and USADA testing in order to make his comeback before eventually agreeing terms to his return in February of this year.

He was initially meant to make his return against Michael Bisping in July at UFC 213 but an injury meant the match was put off until last night at UFC 217 at Madison Square Garden for the Brit's middleweight title.
Many wondered if after four years GSP could waltz into MSG and take the title of a division he'd never fought in. Well the 36 year old answered any questions with a great shot that felled Bisping before choking him out:

The man is a beast.
It makes the Canadian a three time world champion in the promotion, having twice been the welterweight champion, and takes his record to an impressive 20-2 since starting out in UFC.
The loss for Bisping ended his first world title reign that had started in June 2016 when he knocked out Luke Rockhold at UFC 199 as a late replacement before laying to rest his demon by beating Dan Henderson in his hometown of Manchester at UFC 204.

After fight Bisping paid tribute to the victor and confirmed that he won't be retiring just yet:
"You've got to give it up to GSP"
"I'm not done"
