Conor McGregor Drops Huge Tease On Potential Career In WWE

The ultimate tease.

In the past Conor McGregor has been, let's just say, vocal about the WWE, criticising the likes of John Cena and Ric Flair on a number of occasions.

But could a surprise switch to the World Wrestling Entertainment be on the cards?

The Irish fighter has tweeted after last night's stacked Wrestlemania 35 card, congratulating the likes of Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch, the WWE's first "Champ Champ."

And at the end of his social media message, McGregor has teased the entire fanbase by saying:

"Stephanie McMahon you are right, I could not do what these athletes do. Or could I..."

Back in 2016, when asked if he didn't rate the WWE roster, McGregor answered: "Yeah - they're dweebs! The whole lot of them."

He was then asked if he could make the move from UFC in the future and his response was just as bold, saying:

"Maybe as CEO - maybe to take Vince out of the chair. But I don't know."

Imagine McGregor strutting his stuff in a suit calling the shots in WWE? To be fair, we wouldn't put it past McMahon doing that in the future.

Last year, Khabib Nurmagomedov revealed that Vince McMahon and his billion pound company made him an offer.

The Russian fighter posted the following message on Twitter while calling out the former Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar, but that never materalised into anything concrete.

"WWE ask me to jump inside. What do you guys think? #SmashLesnar #FakeFights"

Thoughts on a potential move to the WWE for Conor McGregor? Would it actually work?
