Brock Lesnar Set To Return To UFC In August To Fight Daniel Cormier
Ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Brock Lesnar is finally about to make his long awaited return to the UFC after a date was scheduled.
It has been rumoured for some time that Lesnar, who is currently enrolled in the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) comeback program, will leave the WWE to fight in the Octagon once more.
The 41-year-old will come up against Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 35 on Sunday night, but his future with the company now looks uncertain.
Ariel Helwani of ESPN spoke earlier about a potential match-up for the UFC Heavyweight Championship against Daniel Cormier:
"The UFC wants [Lesnar] back, as of right now he wants to be back, they're giving him a heavyweight title fight if he comes back," ESPN reporter Ariel Helwani said on SportsCenter.
"Daniel Cormier, the heavyweight champion, wants to fight him.
"Right now, the plan is for them to fight in August, later this summer, for that heavyweight championship. It's not signed just yet, but that's currently the plan."

Lesnar has not competed in the UFC since July 2016, when he made a one-off appearance at UFC 200, but his time with the company soon got complicated after he failed a drugs test.
The 41-year-old received a one year suspension and has never fought since, although a place on the card at UFC 240 is looking increasingly likely.
It feels like a lifetime ago since Lesnar pushed Cormier in the Octagon after his win at UFC 226 against Stipe Miocic, huh?
To finally hear that a potential bout will happen sooner rather than is later is exciting, to say the least.
Who will win? Cormier or Lesnar?
