Masvidal's Reaction To Adesanya Watching His KO Over Ben Askren Will Never Get Old

Jorge Masvidal watching Israel Adesanya's reaction to his devastating knockout over Ben Askren will never, ever get old. One of the greatest moments in MMA history.

Masvidal etched himself into MMA's ultimate highlight-reel when he destroyed Askren with a devastating flying-knee knockout at UFC 239.

He ran across the Octagon and struck Askren with a brutal blow just five seconds into their bout to record the fastest knockout in UFC history.

A spectacular sequence which will never be forgotten and the moment grew bigger with Adesanya's reaction which Masvidal watched backstage after his big win.

During Masvidal vs. Askren, Adesanya was being interviewed. His immediate reaction was caught on camera and embodies what we were all feeling.

The UFC middleweight champion absolutely lost his head. He was overwhelmed with emotion as he cut away from his interview in a state of shock. A truly priceless reaction.

Masvidal was later interviewed and was shown Adesanya's reaction to his five-second demotion job of Askren.

'Gamebred' giggled his way through Adesanya's reaction and praised the Nigerian-born fighter.

"I know he likes that violence sh*t," he said. "Damn, that's the champ right there, man, shouting me out.

"You guys are welcome, man. See, that's another real fighter.

"That's another dude that comes to hurt people, so when I get those kind of reactions from guys that I f**king like their f**king style, man, and I like that they're actual fighters - you know, he's a dog and he showed in that Gastelum fight, it means a lot to me."
