Conor McGregor comfortably secured his place as the highest-paid athlete in the world in 2020 ahead of Barcelona captain Lionel Messi and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
The UFC superstar made his long-awaited MMA return in 2020 as he stopped Donald Cerrone in stunning fashion at UFC 246.
However, McGregor's UFC comeback run was dealt a major blow in January as Dustin Poirier sealed a sensational second-round TKO win at UFC 257.
