UFC legend Jon Jones has insisted that he would 'put his money' on Khabib Nurmagomedov to beat Conor McGregor in a blockbuster rematch.
McGregor, 31, made his sensational UFC return last month with a stunning first-round TKO victory over Donald Cerrone.
And the Irish MMA superstar, who wants to fight three times in 2020, has been vocal about his desire to rematch Khabib and avenge his 2018 defeat.

Jones, who secured a unanimous decision victory against Dominick Reyes on Saturday, has also weighed in on the debate.
The 32-year-old light heavyweight champ would back Khabib in the rematch, saying that a wrestler has the "power to dictate" what direction the fight heads in.
'Bones' told TMZ: "I typically don't go against wrestlers if you're asking me as a betting man.
"Wrestlers have the power to dictate where the fight goes, whether it's going to be a standing match or whether he's going to take him to the ground and make it a jiu-jitsu match.
"I think the cards are always in Khabib's hands.

"Conor definitely has a chance, but if I were to put my money on it, I'm definitely going with Khabib, for sure."
Khabib, 31, is scheduled to defend his lightweight championship against Tony Ferguson in a highly-anticipated fight at UFC 249 on 18th April.
But the 'Eagle' has dismissed the idea of fighting McGregor and branded his fierce rival an "idiot."
Khabib's manager, Ali Abdelaziz, has also squashed any hopes of a rematch happening and called the 'Notorious' one of the "biggest scumbags."

UFC president Dana White revealed that the winner of Ferguson vs Khabib would face McGregor next.
When asked about McGregor's next fight, he told The Jim Rome Show: "Probably the winner of Khabib and Tony.
"Amazing fight. I don't know [who wins], but you've got to give the edge to Khabib.
"Never lost, undefeated, savage, got to give him the edge."
