A Celtic fan has a theory that Conor McGregor only fights when the Hoops play against St Johnstone.
It was announced last week that the Irishman will return to the UFC for a super bout with unbeaten Russian phenom Khabib Nurmagomedov.
And while everyone talks about the his long time away from the Octagon and the personal matters that delayed his return, one Celtic supporter is more interested in the correlation between his team playing St Johnstone and McGregor fighting.

As shown in this Twitter thread below, many of McGregor's biggest fights have actually came on the same weekend both Scottish Premiership teams play.
We think that's enough to jump to the conclusion that the Irishman only wants to fight when Celtic - who he supports - take on St Johnstone:
You've got to hand it to him - that's a compelling case made.

McGregor will fight Khabib in Las Vegas on Saturday, October 6th, hours after Brendan Rodgers' men travel to McDiarmid Park to play the Saints.
