YouTubers Logan Paul and Jake Paul have brutally rubbed salt in the wounds of Conor McGregor after the Irishman's defeat at UFC 264 on Sunday.

McGregor's hopes of avenging his UFC 257 loss to Dustin Poirier were dashed after he broke his leg in their hotly anticipated rematch.

Replays from the UFC 264 clash showed the 32-year-old Irish superstar's ankle rolling over when he stepped backwards towards the end of the first round.

The fight came to an end after the first round as Poirier was handed a TKO victory (via doctor's stoppage) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Logan, 26, took to Twitter and claimed that McGregor's career was essentially over after the Notorious' back-to-back defeats to UFC rival Poirier.

The American star tweeted: "Damn. Crazy to see a star with such a meteoric rise literally plummet into the ground just a few years later.

"It's sad, TBH. RIP Conor McGregor's career."

Logan, who fought boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in a blockbuster exhibition fight last month, has previously claimed that he could beat McGregor in a boxing bout.

The YouTube star's younger brother also ruthlessly pulled no punches towards the future UFC Hall of Famer on social media.

Jake, who holds a 3-0 boxing record after making his professional debut in 2020, mocked McGregor by tweeting out a clip of the UFC fighter's prediction for the third Poirier fight.

The 24-year-old American star also offered to send Poirier his 'Sleepy Mcgregor' chain, which he claimed was worth a staggering $100,000.

Jake attended UFC 264 and watched on as Poirier claimed back-to-back victories over the former UFC featherweight and lightweight champ.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer has been vocal about his desire to face McGregor and previously claimed that he made a $50m offer for the fight to happen.

However, Jake was savage in one of his social media posts after he tabled a new offer to McGregor at $23.

He tweeted to his 4m followers: "My new offer for Conor Mcgregor is $23 dollars."

Speaking after his defeat, McGregor turned up his trash-talking antics by claiming that he was "boxing the bleeding head off him."

He told UFC legend Joe Rogan: "I was boxing the bleeding head off him and kicking the bleeding leg off him -- the usual s***e to close this distance.

"This is not over. If I have to take this outside with him, I'll go outside. I don't give a b******s."
