Legendary trainer Freddie Roach believes that Georges St-Pierre's boxing skills would be his all-important edge in beating Khabib Nurmagomedov in a blockbuster clash.
'GSP,' 39, called it time on an illustrious fighting career in UFC when he announced his retirement from MMA in 2019.
But the UFC legend has previously teased the idea of making a stunning U-turn on his retirement for a clash with UFC lightweight champ Khabib.

Speaking to Little Giant Boxing, Roach would welcome the UFC setting up the clash and would want to be part of it.
He said: "I would love that fight. I feel it's a big-money fight. It's good for both guys.
"George has been a consistent world champion and multi-weight champion. I [would] love to be part of that."
Roach worked with 'GSP' in preparation for his return fight against Michael Bisping at UFC 217 in 2017.

And he went on to explain that the UFC legend could 'hurt' the 31-year-old Khabib in boxing before taking him down for the killing blow.
He said: "Give it all you know. They are both very good at taking people down, but I do think that 'GSP's boxing ability is much better.

"Once he [St-Pierre] hurts the guy [Nurmagomedov] in the boxing and once he gets him [on] to his back, the fight will be over."
In 2017, 'GSP' said that having a living legend like Roach in his training camp was "like a fighter's fantasy."
The 60-year-old Roach also revealed that he can help inspire any fighter to improve in MMA, despite boxers wanting him to hate MMA.

"I know a lot of boxers want me to hate [mixed martial arts] because they see it as a competitor, but I don't," he explained.
"But they are both sports I can help someone get better at and, if I can do that in life, I am happy to do it."
The undefeated Khabib has been yearning for a clash with 'GSP' and even called for a fight with him before he announced his retirement.
