A UFC fan believes he has found the exact moment a "switched on and healthy" Conor McGregor beats Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229.

Dana White revealed that the Irishman will face the winner of Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson next.

'The Notorious' will be seeking for redemption if the Russian comes out victorious following his devastating submission defeat at UFC 229.

And ahead of a potential blockbuster rematch, a UFC fan has reviewed their 2018 lightweight clash and found the exact moment a primed McGregor beats Nurmagomedov.

The 20 second clip from the third round shows McGregor walking down Nurmagomedov and landing a few shots, including his trademark left hand which came very close to landing.

McGregor could have the chance to exact revenge if Nurmagomedov wins at UFC 249.

"Probably the winner of Khabib [Nurmagomedov] and Tony [Ferguson]," the UFC president said when asked who's next for McGregor on The Jim Rome Show.

"Amazing fight. I don't know [who wins] but you've got to give the edge to Khabib.

"Never lost, undefeated, savage, got to give him the edge."

However, the lightweight king has questioned UFC's decision to book a rematch.

When a theoretical purse of $100 million was proposed, 'The Eagle' said: "Why do I need that kind of money, there are so many organizations for example (gestures to the room)... There's not only football for the blind, there's Sambo and other sports.

"Let [the UFC] give it to them, if they don't know what to do with the money. But giving me $100m to beat up that idiot again? I don't think that's rational."
