She is scheduled for ear surgery on Monday in Poland per MMAFighting.com.
The injury occurred in the third round when strawweight champion Weili unloaded a string of powerful shots that caused Jedrzejczyk's forehead to swell up.
She still managed to give a post-fight interview in which she said:
"You see my swellness, I felt this. She [Weili] did great. There was something missing, but I felt all the punches you know," she said.
"From the third round, the swellness was bothering me and I felt it was just getting more and more swollen and my head was like going on and off.
"But all good. Congrats, Zhang, and I'm very happy we gave you a good fight."

Both fighters were rushed to hospital following the war inside the T-Mobile Arena and Weili discussed the aftermath of the war.
"After the match, Joanna and I, we both met at the hospital. We arrived at the hospital almost at the same time. There was just a curtain between us," the 30-year-old said per the South China Morning Post.
"She kept crying for hours. I felt very sad. I especially wanted to comfort her. But the language barrier, I can only tell her, 'Good job! You did very well. You are very good'.
"Then she kept crying, covering her head. And I feel very sad, to be honest. Although she was disrespectful to me before. But I saw her injury while crying. I felt bad for her."
Saturday's bout was awarded Fight of the Night and it was praised as one of the UFC's greatest ever fights by fans.
