Francis Ngannou has showed off his new physique ahead of UFC 249 and the heavyweight star is looking seriously jacked.

The Cameroonian-French star returns to the Octagon on May 9 when he faces Jairzinho Rozenstruik on the main card of UFC 249.

And the 33-year-old is looking better than ever as he took to social media to reveal his supreme shape.

He uploaded a picture of himself in preparation for his fight on social media, accompanied with the caption: "Ready to spread my wings and fly."

Ngannou vs. Rozenstruik was supposed to happen in March at UFC on ESPN 8 in Columbus, Ohio.

But the event was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak, but the heavyweight clash has been rescheduled for next weekend's huge card in Florida.

The fighter also says he has been tested for the disease ahead of his highly-anticipated return.

"I got tested. They got me tested for COVID-19," he said. "I guess they tested all the fighters, too, which is kind of like a positive thing. Make you feel a little bit safe to get along with those people."

Ngannou's riding a three-fight win streak following his defeat to Derrick Lewis in 2018. He's picked up first-round stoppage victories over Curtis Blaydes, Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos.

Rozenstruik, meanwhile, is 4-0 inside the Octagon which includes stoppage victories over Andrei Arlovski and Alistair Overeem.
