Davy Gallon executed a near flawless rolling thunder kick to score one of the biggest knockouts in MMA history.

Gallon took on UFC veteran Ross Pearson in November 2019 at MTK MMA: Probellum and he produced a brutal knockout.

The Frenchman landed his devastating blow late in the third round to upset Pearson in spectacular fashion.

His perfectly placed kick sent the Brit crumbling to the canvas with the referee in charge immediately stepping in to end the fight.

Naturally, Gallon's rolling thunder kick became the talking point of the online MMA community.

"KO of the year via rolling thunder. So good it makes the commentator swear," one social media user wrote.

A second Tweeted: "But take a bow Davy Gallon. That's the KO of the year for sure. Don't think I've ever seen anyone pull off a rolling thunder kick before and KO someone with it."

A third added: "Christ on a bike what a KO... this is literally in the final minute of the final round! Flying Rolling Thunder KO."

The technique left the commentators shocked, with one shouting "Oh sh*t" while the other yelled: "OH. MY. GOODNESS!"

Gallon walked away from London with his 18th professional MMA victory and one of the best finishes you will ever see.
