Conor McGregor And Dustin Poirier's Final Face-Off Before UFC 257 Was Intense And Respectful

Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier's face-off at the UFC 257 ceremonial weigh-in was equally intense and respectful.

McGregor and Poirier faced-off for the final time ahead of their blockbuster rematch at UFC 257 this weekend.

The pair of UFC stars squared off in an intense moment as they went head-to-head, but 'The Diamond' broke the tension with a classy gesture.

He handed McGregor a bottle of his own Louisiana-style hot sauce which prompted a humble embrace with 'The Notorious'.

Another clip showed what was said between them on stage.

McGregor said: "Let's do it for them, let's do it," while Poirier responded: "We will. I guarantee it."

Speaking to Jon Anik, McGregor expressed his excitement over his UFC comeback.

As for Poirier, he told Anik that he plans to leave it all in the cage.

UFC 257 co-main eventers Dan Hooker and Michael Chandler also faced off ahead of their intriguing lightweight showdown.

McGregor will make his first walk to the famed Octagon since January 2020 when he destroyed Donald Cerrone in just 40-seconds.

Poirier, on the other hand, hasn't fought since June when he outpointed Hooker in a five-round war.
