White was quizzed about the incident following UFC 253 and he stated per Bloody Elbow: "Everybody here knows - even the ladies - this is some man code stuff.

"It's just something you don't do. It's one of the dirtiest things you can do, because we were just talking about Diego Sanchez. And Diego Sanchez is in there in a private conversation I was having with Conor."

McGregor told White he wants to fight Diego Sanchez but it is something the 51-year-old could not get his head around.

"When you're the number two or three-ranked guy in the world, and you're telling me that you want to fight, but you want to fight unranked, 39-year-old Diego Sanchez in a main event in Los Angeles..."

The former 'Champ-champ' ended his slew of tweets by declaring he will face boxing legend Manny Pacquiao in the Middle East.

When quizzed about a foray into boxing, White insisted he had no idea.

'Pac-Man' has given the green light for a huge inter-promotional clash next year.

"For the sake of all the Filipino Covid-19 victims, Senator Manny Pacquiao will be fighting UFC superstar Conor McGregor next year," a statement read per talkSPORT.

"The huge portion of his earnings will proceed to those who are affected nationwide by the pandemic."
