UFC fan favourite Jorge Masvidal has branded Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager Ali Abdelaziz a "certified informant" in a scathing tweet.

Masvidal took to social media to aim a swipe at Abdelaziz following his comments about 'Gamebred' in regards to EA UFC 4.

Abdelaziz slammed EA's decision to snub Nurmagomedov as the cover star for the upcoming game while taunting Masvidal.

"This should be the new cover. This man never lost I know who will be on the new cover. One is good but another has a double digit loses. EA sports people sucks," he wrote on Twitter.

He appears to hint that Masvidal along with another UFC star will grace the cover of EA UFC 4.

But the Miami fighter didn't take too kindly to Abdelaziz's thinly-veiled dig.

He fired back on Twitter: "You should get off of whoever's d**k you are hating on now. You talk a lot. That's an understatement you are a certified informant."

Masvidal's beef with Abdelaziz could have also stemmed from the fact that he has bad blood with his client UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.

The 35-year-old was supposed to face Usman for the UFC title, but he failed to strike a deal with Dana White as the promotion eventually booked Usman vs. Gilbert Burns for UFC 251.

Masvidal, who had an incredible 2019 with three superb victories, hasn't fought since last November when he stopped Nate Diaz to win the BMF title.
