A YouTuber has simulated a potential super-fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Jorge Masvidal on EA Sports' UFC 3 - with Khabib dominating.

Masvidal has recently fueled speculation of a potential fight with the lightweight champion saying he would "a hundred percent" down with it.

Taco Tuesday has simulated fights on EA Sports' hit franchise before so he decided to put 'Gamebred' against Nurmagomedov to see who comes out on top.

Unfortunately for the BMF champion, it is 'The Eagle' who manages to stay unbeaten with a second round submission victory.

The Masvidal used is a created character but all the stats used match up to his original 90 rating.

However, he proves to be no match for Nurmagomedov as the Dagestani brawler stays on the attack and wrestles his opponent down to the mat.

Masvidal ends the first round on the mat at Nurmagomedov's mercy before the referee interferes.

Once the second round begins, it all goes the way of 'The Eagle' as he takes Masvidal to the ground and makes him submit with a choke.

Masvidal hasn't fought at lightweight since 2015 but he recently told ESPN he fancies his chances should he drop down.

"If they pay me what I'm worth? To go down to 155 [lbs]? A hundred percent," he said.

"I like what Khabib does. I like that he's in the field. He's one of the best lightweights at the weight currently. Just that obstacle alone would be enough for me to consider dropping that weight. But then, the UFC would have to be working for it."

The 35-year-old hasn't fought since his stoppage victory over Nate Diaz at UFC 244 last November.

He's currently involved in a pay dispute with the UFC as he still awaits his first bout of 2020.

Nurmagomedov, on the other hand, was scheduled to take on Tony Ferguson at UFC 249 but the coronavirus crisis prevented the bout from happening.

The 31-year-old now set to defend his UFC lightweight title against interim champion Justin Gaethje in September.
