Dana White Gives Major Update On Khabib Nurmagomedov Vs. Tony Ferguson Amid Coronavirus Outbreak
Dana White has promised "whatever it takes" Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson will happen on April 18.
The UFC have cancelled three fight night shows amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The highly-anticipated UFC 249 event headlined by Nurmagomedov vs. Ferguson is the promotion's next scheduled show and the UFC president insists the stacked card will go ahead despite the global pandemic.

"We're postponing the next three events, but Tony Ferguson vs. Khabib [Nurmagomedov], April 18 is still on and that will still happen," he said.
"We're going to follow these guidelines to not have more than 10 people in a room and we're hoping this all clears up by April."

The New York Athletic Commission officially nixed the Brooklyn-planned event with White claiming the fight will likely happen outside of America.
"This fight's going to happen. No crowd. Whatever it takes. Probably not even going to be in the United States, but this fight's going to happen," he added.
"This is what we do. We put fights on every weekend. The fighters want to fight. The fans want to see it. I've had nothing but positive feedback from the fans and the fighters. These guys all want to continue. So we will.
"Obviously, we've had some blowback from the media that covers us, but everybody's going to have their opinions. We're going to continue on.
"These three fights are postponed, they will still happen and Khabib-Tony is on for the original date. We're going to keep fighting."
Nurmagomedov vs. Ferguson has fallen through four times since 2015 and their fifth meeting is in danger of being cancelled, too, though the UFC boss is confident of the bout coming to fruition.
