Conor McGregor has said he's "gearing up" to make his anticipated UFC return amid claims he's set to fight in December.
McGregor has dropped a bunch of hints on social media about his return, including writing "Dublin, December 14th" on Twitter.
Dana White shot down the idea of McGregor competing on December 14, but the Irishman appears to be training ahead of his Octagon return after posting an interesting message on Instagram.

"Gearing up for my next challenge," he wrote accompanied with a picture of himself in Reebok clothing.
The UFC president is anticipating that McGregor returns "early next year" if he doesn't fight on the Las Vegas card on December 14.
Of course, the ex-UFC 'champ-champ' hasn't fought since his devastating submission defeat to Khabib Nurmagomedov last October.

Though he's eyeing his return with several names in his crosshairs, including Frankie Edgar and McGregor's coach John Kavanagh likes the match-up.
"I think him, and Frankie Edgar would be a great fight," he said.
"I think it was in the works when Conor was kind of going on that featherweight tear. He's an ex-champion, great fighter. Yeah, if it was me, I would love to see the Frankie Edgar fight this year if possible. And then go on another run in 2020.
"Frankie has a style that's very difficult to deal with. But it's also one we're somewhat familiar with. Even from his first fight with [Marcus] Brimage.

"This small, fast guy, quick hands, wrestling. But Frankie's just been in there with everybody. World champion, beaten legends like B.J. Penn and so on. I just think that's a great match for the fans and for me. I'd love to see it."
McGregor has also called out Nate Diaz, Dustin Poirier, Jose Aldo, among others.
