Mere days after throwing major shade at Khabib Nurmagomedov in a brutal Twitter rant, Conor McGregor sent a classy tweet after his rival's father was placed in a coma.
Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, who has coached and mentored his son, is reportedly fighting his life in a Moscow military hospital after suffering complications from pneumonia.
In a statement, UFC president Dana White said he was "saddened to hear about his current state".

And McGregor put rivalry aside to send a touching message, calling Nurmagomedov senior a "martial genius" and praying for he and the rest of the Russian's family in this tough time.
McGregor wrote: "Praying for the recovery of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov. A man responsible for more World champions, across multiple fighting disciplines, than we even know. A true martial genius! Very saddened upon hearing this news tonight. Praying for the Nurmagomedov family at this time."
The Irishman's well wishes come after he called UFC lightweight champion Khabib "an embarrassment" and a "scurrying, hiding, rat".
Then, in some tweets which were then deleted, McGregor ripped into the man that made him tap inside the Octagon at UFC 229 for a photo of the Russian in what seems to be a hot tub with friends.
Having responded with a picture of him forcing McGregor to tap out at UFC 229, Khabib then followed up by asking if McGregor was drunk-tweeting in relation to his 'hug legs' comment, before posting another picture of him from their encounter.
Khabib's manager Ali Abdelaziz has been subject to many verbal attacks from McGregor and he got involved on Twitter by sharing cageside footage of the Notorious fighter getting pummelled with shots by the Dagestani fighter.
