Conor McGregor Gets A Spine-Tingling UFC 257 Promo Ahead Of Dustin Poirier Rematch

Conor McGregor's highly anticipated return to the octagon has been turned up a notch after a new promo dropped ahead of UFC 257 next weekend.

And McGregor, who made a U-turn on his retirement last year, will now face Dustin Poirier in a rematch at UFC 257 on 'Fight Island' in Abu Dhabi.

BT Sport has now dropped an incredible animated promo for McGregor's return, inviting fans to enter "inside the mind of [the 'Notorious'] with the man himself."

The animated promo -- similar to the one used for Khabib Nurmagomedov ahead of his UFC 254 return -- has McGregor talking about 'unshackling the chains' and how he 'feels free' when he steps into the octagon.

One Twitter user posted: "Looking forward to your return champ, Dustin will be KO'd in the first round!"

While another MMA fan said: "This is such a masterpiece. Well done, @TheNotoriousMMA would be proud."

A third wrote: "So beautifully put together."

And a fourth added: "BT Sport always be having f*****g AMAZING promos. Cheers, guys."

The Irish superstar has already put up his 'Mystic Mac' prediction by insisting that Poirier will lose even faster than he did during their initial encounter.

"I like Dustin. I think he's a good fighter," McGregor said.

"He's even a great fighter. But great is still levels below me. I'll knock Dustin out inside 60 seconds."
