McGregor posted a series of tweets aimed at Nurmagomedov and his team late last night before removing all of his posts from Twitter.
The Irishman was responding to a fan who brought up the commentary during their UFC 229 showdown.
He tweeted: "Real dirty. I've felt the commentary wrath a few times. Imagine this was the round I had won too.
"The guy was holding onto me crying to referee saying I was breaking the rules or some shit.
"And they try and say that I said this only business shit. Absolute horse plop."
McGregor wasn't done there as he continued to take shots at the ex-UFC lightweight king by branding him as "homophobic" when responding to cheat allegations during their 2018 clash.
In another tweeted, he added: "I wasn't holding his shorts! I was ramming my fingers up his homophobic ass.
"And just look at this happy face here. He loves it. He's a fingers in the booty ass bitch."
The 'Notorious' then poked fun at Nurmagomedov's manager and his team in tweets which have also been deleted.
McGregor and Poirier are currently tied 1-1, going into their highly-anticipated rubber match.
