Dana White Labels UFC Referee Decision 'One Of The Most Disgusting Things’ He's Ever Seen
Dana White did not hold back when criticising referee Chris Tognoni for a mistake he dubbed 'the most disgusting thing' he's ever seen.
Ed Herman and Mike Rodriguez squared off at UFC Vegas 10 on Saturday night and Herman scored a third round victory.
But the big talking point coming out of the fight was Tognoni deciding to briefly stop the contest in round two after a 'groin shot' to Herman.
Rodriguez was judged to have hit 'Shortfuse' in the groin and he was given a five minute timeout - but replays show he was hit in the abdomen.
:joy: Not fair... That wasn't Groin,
Herman: « I don't know where I got hurt, but I know I was hurt and I went down. I don't know if it was the groin or the body » I mean... Come on ? #UFCVegas10 pic.twitter.com/KXGNZ88R4A

After the fight, White was enraged and stated Rodriguez had the fight won.
He compared Tognoni's mistake to that of Stevie Mazzagatti, who controversially disqualified Jon Jones in a fight 11 years ago to give 'Bones' his only loss.
"It's hard not to bang on this guy [Tognoni] - the worst I've ever seen.
"He's f****g Mazzagatti-level. Some Mazzagatti-level s**t right there. That was one of the worst things I've ever seen.
"That kid wins by knockout, technical knockout and loses the fight. One of the worst things I've ever seen. Disgusting.

"I'm telling you, nobody has ever f****d up more than Mazzagatti, and that was a Mazzagatti moment right there for that guy.
"It was one of the worst things I've ever seen. It was over. The fight was finished.
"That's like him being knocked out and f**king lets give him time to wake up and he can fight again. Literally what it was like. Then as soon as he stood up, the whole side of his body was as red as red could be."
White then revealed he'll be paying Rodriguez a winning purse.
"We're giving Mike his win money, too. He won the f**king fight."

Herman told ESPN following his victory he'd have to "watch the tape back" to see where he got hit.
"I don't know where I got hit, but I know I was hurt and I went down.
"I don't know if it was the groin or the body. All I know is I went down. I'd have to watch the tape and see how bad it was."
