The news comes just 24 hours after McGregor claimed his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier was off.
The former lightweight champion posted a furious tweet claiming that he will face someone else at UFC 264 but of course, those claims were clearly false after White announce the fight would indeed happen.
He tweeted: "You're ripped you inbred hillbilly. Why do you wink with your ears?
"You f**king brain dead hillbilly. 500k with no plan in place. Ye hang tight. Fool. You must be new to money. The fight is off btw. I'm going to fight someone else on the 10th. Good luck on your old contract kid."
You're ripped you inbred hillbilly. Why do you wink with your ears? You fucking brain dead hillbilly. 500k with no plan in place. Ye hang tight. Fool. You must be new to money. The fight is off btw. I'm going to fight someone else on the 10th. Good luck on your old contract kid.

Earlier this week, Dustin Poirier accused McGregor of failing to live up to his promise of donating $500,000 to the American's charity The Good Fight Foundation.
'The Diamond' publicly outed his rival on Twitter for allegedly not paying up, meanwhile a furious McGregor quickly hit back at Poirier, using the fact they are set to have a third fight as part of the reason behind his thinking.
The former two weight UFC champion also responded by claiming he wouldn't donate because he wasn't told how the money was being used.
A donation, not a debt. We've been awaiting the plans for the money that never came. I do with all my donations. Know where it's going dot for dot. Otherwise it goes walking. As is the case with a lot of these foundations, sadly. You took the McG over the belt shows I was right.

Who will come out on top in July? It appears this time around, things will be far-from-friendly when the pair meet in Vegas.
