Michael Page completely wiped out Giovanni Melillo with a huge right hand at Bellator in London.

"Venom" showed little respect or regard for his Italian stand-in opponent in scoring a devastating first-round knockout at Wembley Arena.

Melillo was a late replacement for Derek Anderson, and he must wish he didn't bother stepping in after this.

Page dominated the short fight and finished his man off in double-quick time in the welterweight clash.

The 32-year-old put Melillo on the back foot straight away with his punch and kick combinations, and then delivered the final blow.

Melillo was checked by the doctor after hitting the deck and was seen sitting on his stool in deep thought.

Page racked up his 16th win in 17 professional MMA bouts with all but four of those in Bellator.

He has also had two professional boxing matches in his career.

His flying knee on Evangelista Santos was named knockout of the year in 2016.
