The incredible face-off between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor at the final UFC 194 press conference even surprised Dana White.

The highly-charged UFC featherweight title fight served as the main-event of UFC 194 in Las Vegas back in December 2015.

Aldo and McGregor were embroiled in a bitter feud as they took part in an unprecedented world press tour and several press conferences to promote their huge clash.

But the final pre-fight presser between Aldo and McGregor ended in rather interesting fashion following months and months of trash talk.

The two fighters faced off after taking part in the press conference and as they departed the stage, a 'Zen' McGregor bowed to Aldo who returned the gesture.

The amazing interaction shocked White who cut a stunned figure towards the assembled media.

McGregor was a much cooler version of his usual brash self at the UFC 194 press conference.

Speaking ahead of his fight with Aldo, he said: "I am in a state of Zen. The closer the fight comes - every time, I say it over and over - the face becomes blank.

"There is no face. It's just blank and a fresh body type. Back in the World Tour was a different time. Like I said, I acted true to myself in that moment. Now it is a new time. Now, war is upon us. So, I am calm, cold, ruthless and ready to take out the body that's in front of me."

The Irishman added: "I feel within four minutes the shots will have landed.

"It's on him after that. I feel anything after that four-minute mark of the first round will be a formality. It will be on him where he is mentally, where he is physically and how much he truly wants this. I see him crumbling towards the end of the first or not answering the bell for the second. But it will be wrapped up inside one."

McGregor, of course, dethroned Aldo of the UFC featherweight title after he stopped the Brazilian in just 13 seconds with a devastating left hook.
