After Chuck Liddell said last week that he'd beat Mike Tyson in a fight, he doubled down again that he would beat Mike Tyson within three minutes.

After the backlash Liddell received after saying he'd beat Tyson in a street fight, the Iceman went on to Twitter to give his reasoning behind choosing himself to beat Iron Mike.

"Look 1) I'm talking about when we were fighting. 2) I'd take him down so he'd have one show on my way in. 3) I'm a big fan of mike and have no desire to fight him. But, hypothetically speaking, when we were fighting, yes I would've beat him!"

Liddell then went on to respond to his previous tweet after a fan said Tyson would easily beat him in his prime:

"I remember Tyson and I'm a huge fan of his but I'm not sure why biting Holyfield's ear off makes him a better street fighter or better at stopping takedowns?"

The Iceman concluded his Twitter thread with a bold claim that he would knock out Tyson within three minutes:

"He won't get three minutes I'd shoot right away. He had no ground training or takedown defense training at all. So he'd have to catch me on the way in or he'd never get off the ground period!"

The two Legends of Boxing and MMA boasted some of the best records in their respective sports histories with Liddell finishing with a 21-8-0 record and Tyson finishing with a 50-6-0 record.

Neither have them fought professionally in nearly a Decade, however, Liddell fought at the end of last year in Golden Boy MMA against UFC Legend Tito Ortiz in which he lost.

Hopefully this hypothetical fight would be in their primes like Liddell said because if not, going off his last fight, it would cause more pain watching the fight.
