This Saturday (Sunday morning) sees the return of the UFC, where the night's main event will see Stipe Miocic attempt to defend his UFC Heavyweight Championship against Alistair Overeem.

In the Middleweight bout, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk makes his debut against Mickey Gall. Here's our top picks from the main card:

Middleweight - CM Punk vs Mickey Gall

It seems like it's been a long time coming that CM Punk makes his UFC debut and he does so against a committed and efficient fighter in Mickey Gall. Punk may be a WWE superstar but lets not forget that he is inexperienced and may be a little naive coming into this fight.

As much as I was a fan of Punk and his 'GTS' finisher in the WWE, it's hard to see him winning. Despite only having two fights under his belt, Gall seems confident and he won both of his previous bouts by submission.

With BetVictor you can get Gall to win by submission at 10/11. We would also be tempted to put some money on the fight to reach round three at 5/2. CM Punk will certainly know how to put up a fight and could maybe surprise a few people with his ability.

Heavyweight - Fabricio Werdum vs Travis Browne

This fight is a must watch for us. Browne is a big hitter and has won 78% of his fights by KO/TKO, compared to Werdum's 30%.

Browne has lost two of his last four fights whilst Werdum lost his Heavyweight title to UFC 203's headline fighter Stipe Miocic at UFC 198.

Werdum has massively improved in his striking ability and is a world-class fighter on the ground whereas Browne seems to have lost his touch recently. Browne definitely faces a problem if Werdum gets the takedown early on.

Werdum is the likely candidate to win this one, you can get him at 4/9, with under 2.5 rounds priced at 8/13.

Heavyweight Championship - Stipe Miocic vs Alistair Overeem

In a fairly even fight, this one is tough to call. Overeem is a talented kickboxer whilst Miocic has used his traditional boxing technique to good effect in recent fights.

In the past, Overeem has been seen as over-confident and sometimes arrogant, although some would argue he earned that right when he pummelled Brock Lesnar at UFC 141.

Now 36, he seems to be a much more of a serious fighter who has nothing to prove except the UFC title that has eluded him for the past four-plus years.

Miocic won the Heavyweight title in his last fight, beating Fabricio Werdum with an impressive first-round KO. On his home turf, we fancy Miocic to defend his title in what will most likely be the match of the night.

You can get Miocic to win in round one, two or three at 11/10, or if you think his last match is anything to go by you can get him to win by KO/TKO/Disqualification in round one at 4/1.

The title fight is expected to start at 6am on Sunday 11th in the UK, and you can watch coverage including the undercards and main card on BT Sport 2.
