TheODDSbible's 5/1 Tuesday Night Football League Treble

We've looked at tonight's Championship action for this tasty treble.

Aston Villa v Bristol City

Aston Villa have struggled with life in the Championship despite massive spending and tonight they host a Bristol City side in desperate need of three points to pull themselves away from a relegation dogfight.

The value here could be in both teams to score. Eight of Bristol City's last ten away games have resulted in both teams scoring, whilst four of Villa's last six at home have had the same outcome.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Newcastle United

Undoubtedly the biggest game in the Championship tonight is the clash between top and second where three points for either team would be a massive step towards the Premier League.

Again, both teams to score could be the best bet in this one. Brighton have failed to score at home just twice in 25 at the AMEX in the Championship whilst Newcastle have failed to score on the road just once in 15 away league games.

Blackburn Rovers v Derby County

An out of sorts Derby County travel to Lancashire to face off with a Blackburn Rovers side hoping that a change of manager will help them get out of the relegation zone.

We're expecting a tight game here with Derby, a side with promotion ambitions this season, in a rut on their travels of late. The Rams have won just one of their last five in the league away from Pride Park, losing three of those 1-0. It's a tough game to call but under 2.5 goals is a decent shout at 4/7.

Under 2.5 goals - 4/7, William Hill
