Here are Danny Archer's selections for today's racing...

3:40: Hamilton - Amy Blair 4/5.

Very well-punted this morning, Keith Dalgleish's charge made all over course and distance on Thursday and he could employ the same tactics today which would make him hard to peg back.

4:10: Hamilton - Fivehundredmiles 13/2 Each Way.

John Shanahan is a very shrewd operator and this four-year-old won at this track over an extended mile last time, beating a horse who has since won. His latest mark of 71 is not beyond him and he looks each-way value in an ultra-competitive event.

6:25: Kempton - Karisma 6/5.

Looked one paced over seven furlongs last time where she just lacked the finishing kick to trouble the judge. The return to one mile should suit and with the maestro Ryan Moore aboard, coupled with the return to polytrack, she can resume winning ways.

7:25: Kempton - Nathan Mayer 7/2.

Looked a typical three-year-old Sir Michael Stoute improver when scoring at Nottingham over 10 furlongs last time. That was quite impressive as the son of Nathaniel knuckled down to his task well that day. The step up in trip based on breeding should not be a major problem and I fancy him to score again.

7:05: Ripon - Dance Teacher 9/4.

Well-backed this morning, the daughter of Lope De Vega was a respectable third at Newmarket last time where she made up steady ground late on. This looks a race lacking depth and reproducing that effort here should see the three-year-old go close this evening.

8:05: Ripon - Scrutineer 10/1 Each Way.

Form recently is a slight worry but at his best, he has run off a mark of 103. Last tasted success at Hamilton in what looked a decent contest in September 2016. Softer ground will be in his favour and whilst he was well beaten at Newbury last time, he has slipped to a mark of 95, his lowest mark since October 2015, with SDS aboard, this could be the day he finally takes advantage of a drop in the weights.

8:35: Ripon - Pumblechook 2/1.

Was a fine third on stable debut at Pontefract over 12 furlongs and the step up to two miles is massively in her favour. Mark of 77 doesn't look beyond him and with SDS in the plate and Mark Johnston's horses operating at a 20% strike-rate, he is entitled to go close here.

2:30: Uttoxeter - Robin The Raven 4/5.

Kim Bailey has his horses in fine fettle and this five-year-old son of Robin Des Pres can follow up a comfortable victory at Ludlow here.

6:15: Wexford - Sir Jack Yeats 9/2.

Ran a belter to finish second at Tramore in a competitive handicap event earlier this month when staying on well in the closing stages. He can go one better in this off a mark of 96.

7:45: Wexford - Potters Point 4/1.

Gordon Elliott's charge was impressive at Fairyhouse on his first start over fences in April and has run with credit in defeat at Punchestown twice since. He remains open to unbounded improvement and he should go close in this.

8:15: Wexford - Kilclispeen 3/1.

Did not jump with great efficiency last time but still got the job done last time. 7lb rise is manageable and has a talented jockey in the plate.

8:45: Wexford - Suncroft 11/8.

Represents a very shrewd handler and has run well on both occasions in his career. Was unlucky to bump into an impressive sort at Killarney last time and he brings the best form to the table.

1:50: Wolverhampton - Dashing Poet 11/4.

Jeremy Gask's sprinter is a former course and distance winner and he should be suited by the return to the All-Weather.

3:50: Wolverhampton - Viewpoint 11/10.

Looks capable of running mighty race over course and distance again.

4:20: Wolverhampton - Kingsley Klarion 9/2.

Running with credit in defeat currently which included a second at Chelmsford on his last start. He races off the same mark here and looks tough to beat.

4:55: Wolverhampton - Inshiraah 7/4 NAP.

George Peckham does very well with the horses he has at his disposal and this daughter of Holy Roman Emperor, who was third over track and trip last time can score here.
