7:55: Hamilton: Defoe 11/8 NAP.
Improving rapidly and kept on nicely to score by half a length at York. He remains progressive and is entitled to go close once more.
2:55: Haydock: Merlin 9/4.

Winner at this track earlier this year and now drops back in trip.
6:25: Kilbeggan: Monarch 6/4.
Second on all three outings over jumps and this looks an ideal opportunity to finally get his head in front.
3:50: Newbury: Madeline 6/4.
Sets the standard on her fifth in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot last month.
7:45: Newmarket: Clon Coulis.
Sent a fair way by his trainer and this filly won impressively at Carlisle on her first start.
