Plenty of racing to get stuck into on Friday with action live on ITV4 from the second day of the Cambridgeshire Meeting at Newmarket, Haydock, Worcester, Newcastle, Downpatrick and Dundalk. Here are the ODDSbible Racing selections:

NAP

3:00 - Newmarket - Main Edition 2/1

Racing At Newmarket

Had a busy campaign but sets a clear standard. Did too much too soon in the Moyglare last time out, having won a G3 at newmarket prior to that. The Albany Stakes winner could get a comfortable lead here and will be hard to peg back once in front.

Other Selections

4:25 - Haydock - Mt Augustus E/W 12/1

Was not suited by the lack of pace at Sandown last time out but had won decisively before. Definitely worth another chance in this event.

4:55 - Haydock - Fondest 5/2

Two victories over course and distance and stayed on strongly last time out to score in handicap company. There's definitely more to come from James Fanshawe's charge who remains unexposed.

2:55 - Newmarket - Sun Maiden E/W 6/1

Too early to write off Sir Michael Stoute's filly. She is beautifully bred and was a fine third in the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot. The three-year-old daughter of Frankel disappointed in the Gordon Stakes at Goodwood and was a respectable third in the Listed Galtres Stakes at York on her latest run. I think she is worth backing once more.

5:15 - Newmarket - History Writer E/W 8/1

Disappointing when favourite at Sandown last time out but would be surprise were he to return to form here as he may be suited from coming off a strong pace.

4:00 - Worcester - Brillare Momento 4/1

Goes well when fresh so don't be put off by that. Ran very well in the Martin Pipe at the Cheltenham Festival and she is still only a seven-year-old, so there is more improvement to come from the daughter of Milan.

6:45 - Wolverhampton - Poppy In The Wind E/W 25/1

Disappointing on last two runs but been given plenty of time off and only a 1lb higher than last winning mark.

7:45 - Wolverhampton - Rock Warbler 3/1

Won this race over a 6lb higher mark last year and has excellent course form on the Tapeta. Definitely capable of going close off a mark of 67, a rating he has won off before.
