The Arsenal midfielder's odds of leaving North London at the next available opportunity are shortening by the day and bookies now make the Reds just a 5/2 shot to secure a deal.
It has been reported that Arsenal have ended negotiations over a new deal for the Welsh midfielder. Ramsey is out of contract in the summer and the Gunners could risk him leaving on a free if they don't sell him in January.
AC Milan are next in the betting at 10/3, ahead of Juventus (4/1), Man United (9/2) and Chelsea (6/1).
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "With Arsenal seemingly preparing for life without Ramsey, it now looks as though Liverpool will add another Gunner to their ranks at the next available opportunity."
