We preview the massive semi-final showdown between Germany and France

Germany face hosts France in Marseille tonight as both teams attempt to book their place in Euro 2016 final and we've had a look at what we think are some of the best value bets available.

Germany haven't exactly set the tournament alight this summer but have been typically efficient as you'd expect from any German side in a major tournament. Their 3-0 demolition of Slovakia showed glimmers of how good Joachim Low's side can be when they get out of first gear.

Like Germany, France haven't blown anyone away for the most part but have been similarly efficient in grinding out results. Their last game, against an Iceland side that have been phenomenal this summer, was undoubtedly their best performance of the tournament, and they ran out emphatic 5-2 winners.

We're expecting a tight game between arguably the two best squads in the whole of Euro 2016. We give the Germans a slight edge in this one and though we're not confident enough to back them to win in 90 minutes, although 2/1 is a fantastic price, we'd instead lump on Germany to qualify, which is brilliant at evens.

France's Antoine Griezmann has been on fine form for Les Bleus and is currently the tournament's top scorer with four goals and two assists. He's 5/2 to score anytime tonight which is excellent value.
