Croatia and Portugal go head to head in Lens on Saturday night and we've put together what we think are the best value bets in this last 16 clash.

Croatia have been arguably the best team to grace Euro 2016 so far and will go in to this game fully confident of beating a faultering Portugal side.

The Croatians kicked off their campaign with a 1-0 win over Turkey and followed that with a 2-2 draw against Czech Republic, finishing the group stage with an outstanding 2-1 victory over Spain.

Portugal have been way under par this summer and have failed to win a single game, scraping through to the last 16 with three draws.

Their last game against Hungary, that finished 3-3, was undoubtedly the game of the tournament and it showed the frailties in the Portuguese defence but also showed how potent the side are up front when Cristiano Ronaldo hits his stride.

We think that the Portuguese defence will struggle to cope with the Croatian pair Luca Modric and Ivan Rakitic who have been phenomenal so far and have caused defences all sorts of problems.

The Croatians scored comfortably in all their games so far and we're backing the same in this one too. We like the look of the Croatia win and over 1.5 goals at 9/5.

In the goal scorer markets, Ronaldo showed what he was capable of when netted twice against Hungary and we like of him to score anytime in this one at 6/4.
