The Rugby Union World Cup moves into the quarter final stages this weekend with four huge matches and you can watch it all LIVE.

This weekend promises to be one of the best in Rugby Union World Cup history with four quarter finals that really could go either way.

Pre tournament favourites New Zealand, England and South Africa have all made it through, joined by dangerous sides Australia, Wales and Ireland.

Making up the final eight are unpredictable France and incredibly hosts Japan, who beat Ireland and Scotland to top their group and set up a rematch of the 2015 World Cup group game with South Africa that they incredibly won.

What are the full fixtures?

Saturday:

England vs Australia (8.15 am GMT)

New Zealand vs Ireland (11.15 am GMT)

Sunday:

Wales vs France (8.15 am GMT)

Japan vs South Africa (11.15 am GMT)

How can I watch live?

All four games will be shown live on ITV on the weekend and will stream live on ITV Hub too, which can be viewed on browser or via the app on iOS and Android devices.

Coverage of Saturday's games kicks off at 7.30 am on Saturday and coverage of the second game starts straight after the post match analysis ends at 10.45.

The same schedule happens on Sunday and there's also highlights on ITV 4 both days at 7 pm.
