Episode two of SPORTbible's new show Beasted drops on Facebook Watch at 7.30pm on Monday, and features Jay Kamiraz, who was looking to transform his body after suffering a homophobic attack.
The 40-year-old television personality and singer went to former world's strongest man Eddie Hall as part of our body transformation series hoping to hide his scars from being attacked aged 17.
"I've always been a quirky, unconventional kind of guy but sadly at the age of 17 I was cornered by seven guys and brutally attacked," Jay said. "I ended up in hospital fighting for my life."
He received a Pride of Britain Award in 2012 for his community work and now turned to Eddie and his team for training, nutrition and life tips to transform his life.

He said: "I got over my attack then went back into the community to rebuild people who have lost their confidence and I did that through singing. I've come out the other side. I'm not going to let something like this defeat me."
Jay was given a 'Beasting' by Eddie and his team of fitness gurus and then received a bespoke exercise plan and diet to follow for six weeks.
He lost four kilos in his first week and his results after six weeks of training and dieting were staggering.
"I feel great, I'm not going to lie," he said. "My scar is always going to be there, but what I want to show people is that beneath all this fabulous exterior, glitz and glamour, there is substance and strength."

Eddie said: "To me, you're redefining strength. You're battling things head on. You're going through so much in your life. Who cares what people think? You've got you, you've got your fella, you've got your friends and family, that's all you need."
Beasted is an eight-part series that airs every Monday at 7.30pm (GMT) on SPORTbible's Facebook Watch, as well as Twitter, YouTube and IGTV. Episode one saw Sam Parcell turn to Eddie and his team after fearing he'd die prematurely of a heart attack like his dad. Watch it here:
