WWE Money In The Bank Results

A HUGE night of Title changes

The Lunatic has officially taken over the asylum. Dean Ambrose not only emerged victorious from the Money In The Bank ladder match, last night, he walked out of Las Vegas as the NEW WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Yet Ambrose wasn't the only man to win the title, last night, as Seth Rollins held it for all of eight seconds, defeating Roman Reigns in the night's main event, before Ambrose caved his head in with the MITB briefcase and started his inaugural reign as champion.

Elsewhere on the card, the 'Dream Match' between world's best bloke and fluent speaker of Mandarin JOOOOOHN CEEENA and 'The Phenomenal' AJ Styles went the way of Styles, following interference from The Club. As if often the way, a few online fans were less than thrilled that Styles had to rely on his mates to help him overcome the jort wearing tycoon, yet as Good Ol' J.R. thought the finish made perfect sense.

We sincerely hope Styles and Cena's subsequent series of rematches aren't just big John stomping Styles back down into the mid-card ala Kevin Owens, last Summer

Snide cynicism aside, Styles and Cena stole the show and if last night's events mean we get to see more of Cena's 'deeply concerned' big match face while Styles throws forearms into his nose, then we're all for it.

Now, although I just claimed that Styles and Cena stole the show, they may be tied for first place with Rusev successfully defending his United States championship against Titus O'Neil and then immediately telling O'Neil's kids on the front row that their old man is a loser.

Baron Corbin cleanly pinned Dolph Ziggler to (we pray) bring an end to their 'Best of 7,647' series that has been doing absolutely nothing for anyone for the past three months. Apollo Crews picked up some momentum by continuing Ireland's appalling sporting weekend with a shock victory over Sheamus, while The New Day escaped from a Fatal Four Way match with their Tag Team titles in tact and Natalya unleashed the frustration of a thousand embarrassing Total Divas storylines into the face of Becky Lynch after the pair lost to Women's Champion Charlotte and Dana Brooke.
