BREAKING: Amanda Nunes Defends UFC Bantamweight Title

The UFC's final show of the year pitted women's bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes against the returning superstar Ronda Rousey from Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Brazilian champion was making the first defence of her newly-minted title against Rousey topping UFC 207.

Nunes extends her win streak to five, after claiming the title at the marquee UFC 200 dethroning Miesha Tate.

She now improves her professional record to 14-4 and 7-1 inside the Octagon.

OFFICIAL RESULT: Nunes defeats Rousey by TKO of Round 1.
