It's UFC 205 fight week which means fight night is approaching. The mega-card is the first event in New York following the legalisation of the sport in the state. While the event is a sell-out, this fan has gone to extreme lengths to snap up two tickets.

The promotion have gone all out for the debut card in the Big Apple with not one but THREE title fights including a stellar main and under card, not to mention Jim Miller vs. Thiago Alves headlining the Fight Pass portion. This card!

Conor McGregor bids to make UFC history, Tyron Woodley defends his newly-minted title against one of the scariest fighters in the sport in 'Wonderboy' as well as an all-Polish clash between two undefeated phenoms.

Needless to say, tickets flew. UFC prez Dana White has already claimed that the event has broken the Madison Square Garden gate record. But a fan paid just under $30k to gain entry to 'The World's Most Famous Arena.'

According to ESPN's Darren Rovell, someone paid a whopping $29,510.50 for two cageside seats for the UFC 205.

Wow!
