A FIFA 20 player has made a bold claim that their 'unstoppable' free-kick technique allows players to score 'nine times out of ten.'
Reddit user u/3ioshock22 posted footage of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski scoring a sensational free-kick from 26 yards.
The FIFA player started by pushing the shot target out to the left-hand side and a fair bit away from the net.

And then u/3ioshock22 used the right analog stick to change the direction of the ball at the exact moment of pulling off the timed-shooting mechanic.
When the FIFA player was asked more about the technique, u/3ioshock22 responded: "I am positioning them so when I strike the ball I press Right [sic] stick from bottom to top half circle clockwise.
"I couldn't get the normal finesse ones down with the right stick bottom to top, counter clockwise. This works a lot better and people do not expect it.

"I have a previous post with IF [James] Maddison doing this same thing. Pretty unstoppable."
The FIFA 20 player also provided tips for other players by suggesting to them that they should practice set pieces to learn "how the 3 directions of the right stick can curve your ball trajectory."

The Reddit user continued: "It took me like 10 minutes to really understand what was going on and it's very do-able. Translated into game and I've probably scored 50 this year."

Ahead of FIFA 20's release last month, EA Sports dropped the list for the top 25 free-kick takers in the title.
A FIFA player has also discovered a neat trick for how to score directly from corner kicks.
FIFA 20 has been heavily criticised since its launch for the problems that plagued career mode when it was released and has also had its user-rating score tanked on Metacritic.
EA Sports' latest title is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
