FIFA 21 Compilation Shows Players 'Coming Up Against Scripting' And How Badly It Affects Their Games

"Man finishing this year is broken trust me. It’s so annoying when you have like 47 shots on target but not score," one FIFA 21 player said.

A YouTube user has created a compilation featuring footage from players who claim that scripting exists in FIFA 21.

Angry fans have already blasted EA Sports by arguing that the latest instalment in the series is 'heavily scripted' like last year's FIFA 20.

And other players have attempted to 'expose' scripting in FIFA 21 by uploading footage of strange moments during their matches.

Now, YouTuber Leemrr has uploaded a compilation of footage where fans have tried to 'prove' that FIFA is scripted.

EA Sports has always denied the existence of scripting, even going as far as to respond to one fan questioning if it had been removed for FIFA 21.

However, fans remain adamant that scripting exists and it is affecting how matches are played out in FIFA 21.

"Man finishing this year is broken trust me. It's so annoying when you have like 47 shots on target but not score," one player said.

While another wrote: "Really unfair sometimes last game lost 1-2 and I [had] 15 shots on goal against 2 and 73% possession [sic] hope I'm not the only one who lost games like this."

And a third added: "The amount of times I've been taken out on the last man and the ref gives a warning or a yellow... smh [sic]."

A fourth FIFA player argued: "Played manager mode and my dream team that wins all the time got killed 3:0 in CL first leg vs borusia [sic]. Next leg I was winning 3:0 within 20min with bs shots that would never ever go in in a normal game... Absolute joke. Its a nice game but the scripting destroys it completely. No point in competing with other people."

Fans have continued to vent their frustrations over FIFA 21 by boycotting the title's PlayStation 4 Metacritic score.

FIFA 21 launched last month for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

EA Sports' title will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on 4th December, along with a Stadia version coming at a later date.
