A FIFA 20 YouTuber claims that they have found an effective method for players to score against their opponents in EA Sports' title.

Ovvy uploaded a video that breaks down the strafe dribbling mechanic in FIFA 20 and the best way for players to take advantage of it in open play.

According to the YouTuber, the most effective way of using the strafe dribbling is to slightly touch the L1/LB button before pushing the ball in a certain direction with the left analog stick.

When players are playing against others online, Ovvy says that they will benefit from it the most when they come charging head-on for a challenge.

The method of using the strafe dribbling allows players to put their footballers in a better shooting position.

He also showed off an example of how it can be used out on the wing for players to shake up their position and pull off better finesse shots.

But strafe dribbling is not restricted to shooting alone as Ovvy spotlighted an example of how fantastic it can be for passing.

He did a short pass from the corner and did a slight strafe dribble to "open up the angle for a pass" in the box.

FIFA 20 players have been sharing their best tips and tricks since the title launched last month.

One FIFA player discovered a neat trick for how to score directly from corner kicks.

And another player took to Reddit to share their free-kick technique, which allows players to score 'nine times out of ten' from set pieces.

FIFA 20 was released in September on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

But EA Sports' title was widely criticised at launch for the problems that plagued career mode when it was released, not to mention that it had its user-rating score tanked on Metacritic.
